Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We typically offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 p.m. CST, but it is not a guarantee. The best way to get fresh flowers fast is to give us a call—we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What are the shop hours?

We are open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Does In Bloom offer weekend delivery?

Weekend delivery is available on Saturdays with advance notice. Please note that while our shop is closed for in-store orders on Saturdays, we are fully closed for both orders and deliveries on Sundays.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Houston, but are limited by a 10 mile radius around the shop. Always call to confirm if delivery is available for your order. For deliveries outside of our standard range, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I request specific flowers in my order?

Absolutely. While we can’t always guarantee specific blooms due to seasonality and availability, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your preferences or suggest beautiful alternatives.

Do you do flowers for events or weddings?

Yes! We love designing for weddings, parties, corporate events, and everything in between. Visit our Events page to view our gallery and to fill out our inquiry form.

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most arrangements will stay fresh. Our suggested care tips include frequently changing the water and keeping arrangements away from air conditioning vents and direct sunlight.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Definitely. Just let us know when you place your order that you will be picking up.

Do you offer subscriptions or recurring deliveries?

We do! Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly flower subscriptions are available for homes or businesses. Click the subscriptions tab for information.

What if no one is home during delivery?

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will call you or the recipient for further instructions.
